These aren't serious art classes—and there are no art skills required. I'll guide you step-by-step through a playful painting project while you relax, sip, chat, and enjoy the company of your friends.
Come ready to experiment, laugh at your happy accidents, and make something you’ll be excited to take home.
No experience necessary. No pressure to be "artistic." Just come have some fun!

Each event features a different painting project, so there's always something new to try. Your ticket includes the painting experience and all the art supplies you'll need. No experience necessary. Just show up ready to paint!
Check out the current party listings for my events around town. See a party you'd like to join? Reserve your spot and come play! We'll paint together, but there isn't a "right" way to do it. Your painting doesn't have to look like mine—and honestly, I hope it doesn't!

Bring on the cozy season! In this fun and relaxed Paint & Sip, we'll paint a sweet little arrangement of pumpkins decorated with autumn flowers and berries.
Our palette is pure fall: warm oranges and yellows, earthy Raw Umber, and a beautiful pop of turquoise. Together, they'll make a charming seasonal painting that's cheerful, cozy, and just a little unexpected.
I'll guide you through the painting step by step, but this isn't a traditional art class—it's a chance to relax, sip, play with paint, and enjoy making something with friends. There is no artistic experience required and absolutely no judgment! Come ready to have some fun, embrace a few happy accidents, and leave with your own autumn-inspired painting.
All materials are provided. Beginners are always welcome!

Have a birthday coming up? Planning a girls' night, bachelorette party, book club, team outing, or just looking for an excuse to get everyone together?
You bring the people. I'll bring the paint!
Private Paint & Sip Parties are available for groups of 6 or more. We'll create a relaxed, creative experience tailored to your group and your occasion. Private parties can be hosted at your home, a private event space, or a venue of your choice, subject to location and setup requirements.
I'll provide:
All painting supplies
Canvases for each guest
Paint, brushes, and everything else you need
Step-by-step guidance through the painting
A fun, welcoming atmosphere where beginners are absolutely encouraged
Cleanup of the art supplies

A Note About Travel
Kallsen Studio Paint & Sip Parties are available throughout the Twin Cities and nearby suburbs. Travel within 30 miles of my studio is included in the party pricing.
For locations more than 30 miles away, an additional travel fee will apply based on the event location. I'll confirm the travel fee when we discuss your party details.
Have a favorite location that's a little farther away? Don't let the mileage stop you from asking! I'm happy to take a look and see what we can work out.
