One of the highlights of this trip was seeing the Takahe at Sanctuary Mountain in NZ. They are extremely endangered and have a secure place to live here & breed. Also saw an Australasian Swamphen- similar in basic appearance but not quite as rare
One of my bucket list items completed: Visiting the home and studio of artist Norman Lindsay here in the Blue Mountains! I’ve wanted to come here for 30 years now. This is just fantastic! Our tour guide Norma was exceptional. Thank you! @norman
